Hey dolls!! Here's a look from this past weekend that I wanted to share with you all. Layering where I'm from is ESSENTIAL especially during the cold months; on Saturday I was blessed to have sun and fairly warmer weather than usual but it was really windy so I decided to layer up. I am obsessed with this look and I would definitely do an outfit repeat (which I rarely do)! Have an amazing end of February!

Enjoy and live life fabulously, xo

Style Spotlight: Lily Collins

Sunday, 16 February 2014

She's known for her eyebrows and I love her for them, but I completely adore her style. She is definitely a risk taker and I really admire her for that. Her red carpet and day-to-day style are so different but then again not every celebrity is glam everyday day right? ;) I love her laid back everyday style, it's still very put together and I take a lot of style tips from her every time she's caught going out. As for her red carpet style she is someone I always keep my eye out for, she pulls off every piece with such amazing confidence and every ensemble is ALWAYS on point. These are some of my favourite looks from the beautiful Lily Collins :)

Enjoy dolls and live life fabulously xo,

City Dreaming

Hey dolls! It's FREEZING where I'm from and taking photos outside is sadly not an option for me, seeing as I have a strong dislike for the cold. So an alternative was talking photos inside our hotel room and lucky for me, my fabulous cousin and photographer took some really great photos. I clearly have trouble dressing for cold weather, but I'm a Californian at heart ;) I kept it simple with black jeans and a white button up, but I added one of my favorite staples this season which is a camel blazer coat from Zara. For all my dolls out there in chilly climates, I totally recommend picking up a coat similar to this, it's timeless and a great investment piece!

Must-Have: The Oversized Coat

Tuesday, 11 February 2014

Hey dolls! I am OBSESSED with coats this season, good thing I live in a place where coats are necessary ;) Aha, not a big fan of the cold but this coat is Fall and Winter appropriate and the fact that it's black makes it really versatile. I love the silhouette of this coat; it literally feels like I'm in a huge robe. I can definitely call this an investment piece, I've worn it so many times and I know I'll be reaching for it when fall and winter roll around again. I kept my outfit very minimal and used the coat to dress up the classic white shirt and jeans combo. And to add a little bling, I used my favorite gold clutch! :)
